Visiting the Internet City

A visual board filled with computer icons and symbols

Imagine visiting a city for the first time. Would you arrive without a plan? City breaks can offer an itinerary but it is easy to get lost.

How about a guide to show you around? One that not only speaks your language but aligns their communication to your needs?

We developed a set of 6-10 weekly sessions to make participants comfortable using their own devices. The sessions provide guidance, explaining terms, demystifying jargon, personalising the journey throughout.

Suitable for staff, volunteers and anyone interested in helping someone else navigate a digital device.

Paul has written about the idea of the Internet City as a training vehicle on his freelancing blog.
